The Hogan Family Once Again Involve in a Car Accident

For those who think bad things come together, the Hogan family seems to be the perfect example, these days. First, I terrible car accident where the youngest member of the family, Nick Hogan destroyed his car and unfortunately his best friend life. Then, the end of Hulk Hogan marriage and, of course, a high-publicized divorced. Now, Brooke Hogan was involved in a car accident on the Bayside Bridge in Florida. Nevertheless, this car accident is not going to have any important consequence.

According to witnesses, the other car involved was speeding, what it seems to indicate that Brooke was not completely responsible for the accident.

After the accident Brooke went to her Myspace.com page and thanked her brother Nick and the friend he put in a coma for reminding her to wear a seatbelt. Nick is currently doing an 8 months jail sentence for that terrible last year accident that severely brain damaged his best friend. This whole incident has been highly-publicized by the comments of all the Hogan family members on why this sentence is so unfair. Even though it is perfectly understandable that all the Hogan clan do not want to see Nick in jail, they should not forget that one life was ruin when Nick was on the wheel. Particularly, if I will be in any way responsible for something that big, I would be screaming at everybody to put my in jail.

We all should understand one thing while learning to be responsible drivers, when you are on the wheel you are directly responsible, overall morally, for the life of everybody on the vehicle and, of course, pedestrians.

To have an unforgettable night in South Beach, most people preferred to go to a popular South Beach night club such as Mansion, SET, Opium Garden, or Privé. Nevertheless, you most be aware that if you do not have enough money or are beautiful enough (following the doors man’s standards or whoever is behind the camera) you will not have an easy time getting into a Miami night club.

The good thing for those who like going clubbing is that you can buy VIP treatment; therefore, you will not have to wait in the door and you can get the best seats in the club. Buying VIP treatment in South Beach night clubs is not cheap, though. You will have to expend a lot of money in a few bottles. In some opportunities, you might even pay around $700 for a couple of bottles. For instance, I would like to remember the Spring Breakers who got beaten when they refuse to pay the VIP check of around $700 for just a bottle of vodka, as local press reported, at the popular South Beach Night Club, Mansion on Washington Avenue.

Afterwards, partying in Miami is not cheap, and it seems the travel industry members and South Beach night clubs’ owners are only interested on those few visitors who really can afford Miami nightlife. If you are a low-key person, whether you have money or not, you might want to avoid South Beach party scene; instead, you can enjoy our fabulous Miami beaches and maybe get into Miami’s art movement at Wynwood Art District.

Guest Who Performed Live in Miami! Miami Events and Concerts

All started on Monday night May 5th when Radiohead, led by Tom Yorke, performed live at the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach. This was the opening concert of Radiohead's new tour for its new album, In Rainbows. These two-hour concert full-filled fans' expectations since it was a perfect combination of awesome sound and the right selections of songs.

Also on May 5th, the well-known Eric Clapton performed live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood Beach Florida, the concert took place at the Hard Rock Live Arena. Clapton sang rock and blues classics from his wide catalog.

Kanye West performed live at the Miami American Airlines Arena on May 6th Tuesday night; West is on tour promoting his latest album, Graduation. The supporting bands and singers included beauty Rihanna, Pharrell’s N.E.R.D and Lupe Fiasco. Attendees said this was a good concert full of entertainment and a good show. However, Kaney West's big self-esteem seems to be the only think fans want to forget.

Kid Rock performed live at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood Beach, Florida, on Wednesday May 7th, 2008. Particularly, not a big fan of him...

The Wynwood Art District is neighborhood in Miami, Florida situated north of Downtown Miami. Want to know what is happening in Miami? To start with, Juanes, a Colombian singer and one of the most successful Latin America stars, will be performing at the American Airlines Arena this weekend on April 12th. Juanes’concert promises to be a complete hit among young teens and pop lovers.

If you are looking for some good classics, there are two great concerts for you in April. Bruce Springsteen, a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member known worldwide with over 23 albums released will be in Miami on April 18th. Bruce Springsteen is going to bring his biggest hits to this Miami concert. Also performing live in April, Bon Jovi who will be at the Bank Atlantic Center on April 26th. Bon Jovi’s hit singles include "Lost Highway" and "(You Want To) Make a Memory," "Who Says You Can't Go Home” among many others. This is definitely a Miami event you do not want to miss!

I saved the best for last! Two of the biggest bands of all times will be performing at the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach. Radiohead will be there on May 5th and Pearl Jam, my husband’s favorite, on June 11th. Definitely two concerts no one should miss… certainly I going to be there.

2008 Miami Ultra Music Festival, Events in Miami

The Miami Ultra Music Festival which started on Friday, March 28^th till 29^th is the closing event of the Winter Music Conference (WMC) and has become the main event of the conference. The Ultra Music Festival started a decade ago and has growth to a complete extravaganza. This year it seems that the highlight of the Ultra was the British duo Underworld. Its 90-minute set on Saturday night was the perfect ending for two days of performances of the best DJs in the world. Underworld consists of front man Karl Hyde and programmer Rick Smith. Even though the duet has some technical difficulties during the performance, the charisma of front man, Karl Hyde, kept the situation under control.

Other Saturday’s presentation that went really good was, my favorite, Moby who played some favorites including Basement Jaxx’s bouncy Where’s you head at? and his own hit Go. While Saturday has the performances of some groups and solo man, Friday’s night was mainly about DJs. Afterwards, the main attraction at this event might have been the extensive freak show. You can be sure you can see a little bit of everything and some things you have never seen. The most impressive thing about the Ultra Music Festival in Miami is its capacity of bringing different kinds of people together charging them with lots of energy.

Arteamericas was in Miami this weekend. Merrill Lynch Arteamericas is an annual Miami event and art fair that features more than 70 galleries exhibiting the work of 400 artists from the Americas and Europe. This year event in Miami opened on Friday, March 28^th at the Miami Beach Convention Center to a steady appreciative crowd but few buyers. As is usual in Miami, Cuban art by old masters and new talent was the bestseller. For instance, Cernuda Arte of Coral Gables sold Mujer y Pajaro (Woman and Bird, 1972) priced at $165,000. This gallery also sold two pieces by artists Vicente Hernandez, young artists that paints surrealist visions of Havana city.

Merrill Lynch Arteamericas takes place each year in Miami around March. If you like good art this is a good opportunity to get in contact with it. It is highly-suggested to plan your trip to Miami in advance if you are thinking about attending this event. "Still" Life... Miami Events - Art Rouge Gallery

Art Rouge Gallery is thrilled to present season 2 of "Still" Life… not exactly a unique art exhibition by Paris based contemporary photographer Count Dimitri Tolstoï, great grandson of legendary Russian writer Leo Tolstoy. This art exhibition in Miami, more precisely in the Wynwood District, will be on display from April 12 to May 9, 2008. The Art Rouge Gallery is situated at exactly at 46 NW 36 St, the space is just one block west from the new Midtown Mall. The opening reception will take place on April 12 from 7:00 to 11:00 PM and will be in charge of celebrated event producer Alan Solis, owner and director of Urban Icons.

Dimitri Tolstoï brings together several images to create an entirely new one. This unusual combination fuels an immediate emotional response, evoking astonishing associations and raising intriguing questions.

The “piercings”, like postmortem exorcism, attempt to penetrate and unveil the mystery of death. A rooster’s foot, taken from a Voodoo ritual symbolizing the clutch of death, becomes flirtatious only by applying a sensual color of nail polish on the claws; playing down in this way the terrifying aspect of death’s grip and giving it a more humanize side. Through this final pirouette… the seduction is complete.
